We first met KJ over twenty years ago when we initially relocated to Charlotte from Connecticut and purchased our first home in the south. We enjoyed our realtor experience then and even more so with our latest transaction. Kevin was excellent to work with. My fiance and I are first-time homebuyers, and Kevin answered our many questions, was thorough, responsive and worked tirelessly on our behalf. He took extra steps to get us the most up-to-date, detailed information about each house, neighborhood, etc., beyond the basics, to help us make informed decisions. He works quickly and has a lot of energy, both excellent traits in this highly competitive market! His depth of knowledge of the local market was also a huge asset.
