Patti Bourgoin moved to the Carolinas in 1989 with a transfer with her husband‘s job. She was born and raised in Massachusetts and loves their decision to live in the south. She has three children and two grandchildren with two baby grands on the way. Family means everything to her and all her of her children reside in the Carolinas with her.
Patti acquired her real estate license in 2005 and worked as an on-site sales agent for a custom builder for 5.5 years. Then went to General brokerage until the present.
Her specialty areas are south Charlotte, Ballantyne, steel Creek area and Pineville in NC.
In SC her specialty areas are Fort Mill, Indian land and Rock Hill.
Patti lives with her husband in Baxter Village which is located in Fort Mill SC and enjoys time with her husband and family at their condos and Hilton head Island, SC.
Patti has worked with Homes at the south, Inc. Since 2005.
She loves all kinds of buyers and sellers and has listed and sold many homes and her specified areas.
